Where will you play?
The band mainly performs in Central Scotland and the Scottish Borders, but we are happy to discuss travelling further afield to your event.

What sort of events do you perform at?
We regularly perform at a wide range of events, including weddings, parties, burns suppers, fund-raisers and corporate events. These take place at a variety of venues from castles, stately homes and churches to marquees on the beach.

How big is the band?
The size and format of the band can be customised to suit your particular event, venue or budget.

What instruments are in the band?
Our most popular format of band is a 2-piece, consisting of Accordion and Drums. The accordion is fitted with a fully digital midi system so you get a big sound from a small band. Alternatively, if you’d prefer a larger band, we can also include fiddle, guitar, keyboards or even a dedicated dance caller. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

How much does the band cost?
The fee depends on a number of factors, including location and size of band. Contact us for a customised, no-obligation quote.

How long will the band play for?
Every event is different. We are happy to fit in with your schedule with a typical finish time of midnight. The band usually plays 2 or 3 sets of 50-60 minutes each and provides disco for between sets of ceilidh dancing.

How long does the band need to set up?
The band requires at least 30 minutes to set up all equipment and do a sound check.

What disco services do you provide?
We have an extensive library of music covering all genres and eras, from 50’s/60’s right through to today’s current chart hits. We are happy to accommodate any special requests for first dances etc. and have facilities for you to connect your own iPod to our system to play your own playlist.
